By accessing or using the Beyond Academic Inc. platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform provides informational tools and services related to international education, including but not limited to:

• Program discovery and comparison
• Program pages and Program Card features
• City information and City Insight
• Student Match and evaluation tools
• Partner institution pages
• Inquiry and lead submission services

All services and content are provided for informational and general reference purposes only.

3. No Guarantee or Professional Advice

The Platform does not provide and does not guarantee:

• Admission or enrollment outcomes
• Visa, immigration, or work authorization approval
• Employment, internship, OPT, CPT, or career outcomes
• Legal, tax, financial, or professional advice

All content, including program information, city information, Student Match results, and partner-related information, is provided for informational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for verifying information directly with the relevant institution, employer, government authority, or official source.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• Information you submit through the Platform is accurate and truthful
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• You will not misuse, copy, scrape, disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Platform
• You will not submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent content
• You are responsible for your own decisions based on information obtained through the Platform

5. Lead Submission and Communication

When you submit an inquiry, request information, or otherwise provide your information through the Platform, you consent to that information being shared with the relevant partner institution or institutions for follow-up purposes.

Partner institutions may contact you directly regarding programs, services, admissions, or related opportunities.

Beyond Academic Inc. does not control how partner institutions respond to inquiries or how they use information after it has been shared, and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, statements, or follow-up practices of such institutions.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including university websites, application portals, and other external services.

We do not own or control those third-party websites or services and are not responsible for:

• Third-party content or policies
• Admission or application decisions
• External services, systems, or websites
• Availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, layout, text, graphics, compilation, data presentation, platform structure, and related materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Beyond Academic Inc., unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, transmit, display, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission, except for normal personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

8. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to:

• Admission or enrollment outcomes
• Visa or immigration outcomes
• Employment, internship, or career outcomes
• Reliance on Platform content or Student Match results
• Third-party institution actions or communications
• Loss of data, opportunities, revenue, or business prospects

In all cases, your use of the Platform and any decisions based on Platform content are solely your responsibility.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond Academic Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your submitted information or communications
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
